What should I do if I need to transfer in/out stock?
If client needs to transfer in/out stock, please contact our Settlement Department at (852) 3106-2998 or email to settlement@leeds.hk for assist.
What should I do if I forget the online trading login password or the account is temporarily locked?
Please immediately contact our customer service hotline at (852) 3106-2213 or email to cs@leeds.hk to reset the password.
How would I know that my account has been successfully opened?
Upon successful account opening, we will inform you the login username and password by email.
